In-System Programming of Microcontrollers, Flash Components, and PLD/FPGA
Meet FlashFOX®, a stand-alone production programmer that can also easily be integrated into automated test equipment (ATE).
A FlashFOX controller unit provides four or eight programming channels, which are connected to the targets via remote pods to ensure signal integrity at maximum performance. Multiple FlashFOX controller units can be cascaded to create a programming infrastructure with an arbitrary number of channels. The supported programming interfaces include JTAG, SWD, DAP, SPI, I²C, UART, and more.
FlashFOX can be used as a stand-alone unit, controlled via a configurable ATE interface. Alternatively, FlashFOX can be controlled from a host system through a USB3, GBit LAN, WiFi, or RS232 interface.
Programming applications are created using the FlashFOX Workbench, which supports Javascript for a level of flexibility that is unique in the programmer market. Programming data can be stored locally on FlashFOX or streamed at run-time. An API facilitates custom applications and provides advanced capabilities such as target-specific run-time parameters.
