Flexible channel configurations and a variety of options allow optimal adaptation to the individual application.
Diagnostic tools for video components support GMSL, FPD Link, APIX and MIPI A-PHY standards for image data, with a configurable resolution depending on the frame rate, and facilitate sideband communication via UART, I²C, SPI or MII, depending on the media interface.

Test Platform for Vehicle Seats
OsCAR is a comprehensive, customized test system for automotive seats. This universal platform can be utilized across a wide range of applications and test requirements, without complex reconfiguration and reprogramming.
Test airbags, belt buckles, seat occupancy detection, seat adjustments, heating and cooling, and much more. The tester’s hardware is always identical,regardless of the vehicle OEM and the seat variant to be tested – in its basic configuration every common seat can be tested.
Optional force application machines (FAM) and automation based on robot / cobot integrations are available for these turn-key solutions.

End-of-Line Test Systems
End-of-line (EoL) testers verify the overall functionality of the product during the manufacturing process. Accurate test results are as important as high test throughput and a reliable electromechanical design.
We offer turn-key end-of-line testers for applications such as network test, battery test, ECU test, infotainment test, haptics test, acoustic analysis, and motor test.
In addition, we provide endurance test equipment and run-in test systems. With the former, weak points are identified in the component under test prior to full volume manufacturing, while the latter reduces the probability of failure in the field.
