Series 62
Series 62 multibus communication controllers are ready for residual bus simulations and for testing and programming ECUs of any complexity. Series 62 supports a variety of bus interfaces, including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet. The residual bus configuration tool Net2Run is used for the convenient generation of residual bus simulations of heterogenous networks.
Series 62 communication controllers are now available with 10BASE-T1S Ethernet multidrop topology, a technology that is currently being introduced in automotive electronics.

Seat tester combined with acoustic test
The OsCAR EOL vehicle seat tester empowers OEMs to implement comprehensive quality assurance for their vehicle seats. This universal tester can quickly be adapted to the requirements of new vehicle programs, such as acoustic testing for fully and partially electric or mechanical seats, or seat occupancy detection using existing seat occupancy sensors / mats (Body Sense / CIS / SBR / PODS).
The new CARoLINE series uses multi-channel sound measurements to assess the manufacturing quality of mechatronic vehicle components. CARoLINE smart consists of sensors (e.g., structure-borne sound sensors or microphones), modules for data acquisition, and evaluation software.

Traction battery test
Our new battery test bench has a power range of 1 to 500 kW, supporting test voltages of up to 1200 V DC and currents of up to 800 A DC. Insulation tests can be carried out with up to 7kV. This test solution is also designed to be highly energy-efficient thanks to its ability to feed energy back into the grid or into other batteries.
Preconfigured test routines minimize the setup effort for the systems – automated tests can be performed in a very short time and with a high level of test depth. This video provides a quick overview of this battery tester.

ADAS & Infotainment test
Our new infotainment test systems are based on a comprehensive hardware and software architecture that allows flexible adaptation to the test object right from the early stages of planning, while also providing sufficient resources for future device generations.
The server-based API developed for this purpose provides the necessary performance and freedom to expand the command set and implement functions that may be required in the future. Applications ranging from instrument clusters to human-machine interfaces (HMIs) are supported.
